Google Bad Review 1: It’s no wonder high street retail is dying! Called to confirm what time the store shuts as I was rushing to collect a Click and Collect delivery. I was informed by Pedro on the phone that, “no exceptions, doors shut at 6pm”. I was welcome to come in Monday – Friday 9:30am to 6pm. Got there 2 mins before and the doors were shut! Mind you this is holiday season and they don’t seem to care about potentially increase in revenues. Anyway, I showed the time to the lady behind who was all changed and ready to exit. She begrudgingly opened the door and I was asked to come in. At least she was sort of polite after I got in.

Google Bad Review (2): Really quite shocked and dissappointed at the low level of service given by a particular member of staff who has been named personally by many others.
I have bought from Montblanc before and recieved wonderful service, so expecting the same in Royal Exchange, I left the store dissappointed, albeit with my nice belt around my waist.
I was ignored when I entered the store, and an odd exchange with the salesman seemingly busy behind his desk ensued after I requested help. “Do you know this belt is £200?” the salesman bellowed to me, Yes, Mr Medeiros, in fact, I do know and it is none of your business to question my financial circumstances, or that of any customer in fact.
I'm sure that is within your corporate interest to have this member of staff fully retrained on interpersonal skills and human interaction before he is let loose onto the shop floor once again.
I myself, won't be returning to that boutique anymore, not even if you paid me.
