Google Bad Review 1: DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE.
False advertising, and false promises by their employees and website. No quality control, terrible customer service.
They tell you to order test samples to make sure colours are the same; the samples come back great. But the minute you make a bulk order, there is no quality control: the colours are all wrong, the binding is weak… after a week they admit to the issue, and send a new batch that comes out even worse! Then their care team says “it is what it is, it's close enough to the original” despite the samples being ten times superior.
Their excuse is that every print will have slight variations in colour, and yet the product they sent to me, had all the colours muted, muddy and terrible.
The product that I had approved and paid for printing is not the same product I received, and they refuse to acknowledge, apologise or admit to their mistakes.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Google Bad Review (2): So far, they have been exactly 7 days late, oftentimes not replying to any messages so I end up having to call them on a daily basis to check on the status of my order. With really polite customer support who unfortunately have no idea what is going on, promise to call back with more information, and never do. Absolute nightmare, but will keep you updated if I ever receive my order….
