Google Bad Review 1: The laziest people I’ve ever met! Poor customer service skills, no willingness to help. They don’t even look up when you walk through the door, our presence was an inconvenience. I brought my child in and asked for help to confirm if he had a scratch on his eyeball or just a bit of fluff. The optometrist refused to look at him and told us to go to the hospital. His explanation was that he would have to charge me £25 otherwise. Which I would have paid. Just disgraceful.

The phone just rings constantly during opening hours, no one can be bothered to pick up the phone! Staff are rude and sarcastic when they do answer.
