Google Bad Review 1: If you want to preserve your mental health, STAY AWAY. The incompetent person we were dealing with had shockingly abysmal communication skills. I don't know how he got a job selling properties. Michael Charles clearly needs to review their recruitment process. Never letted through them because of this. Would give negative stars if possible. Clearly do not value landlords or tenants. They need lessons in grace, decorum and basic humanity.

Google Bad Review (2): One of the worst London estate agents I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Nick, in particular, is an actual joke, awful at his job and not to be trusted. Firstly, he called to inform that he didn't have the keys for a property I was supposed to be viewing less than half an hour before said viewing so I was already on the way when he left a voicemail. I travelled 45 mins across London to be there, when he arrived he was barely apologetic and seemed to think it was a big joke. He rearranged the viewing for the following morning.

Secondly, as I had arranged to be the first viewing of that property he promised me that in the rescheduled viewings I would be first to see the house the following day. When I arrived to the rescheduled viewing Nick was already in the house showing people around. As a result of this the people who viewed it first put in an offer 10 minutes before I did, which should have never happened had Nick honoured his promise to me. What's even more ironic is the fact that when he spoke to my housemate on the phone (very rudely, again not at all apologetic), he came up with a bunch of non-excuses saying ‘they showed up early' and said that he had to honour their offer. Seeing as he's such an honourable man, I don't quite understand how he failed to honour the agreement he made with me first about keeping the viewings in the correct order.
