Google Bad Review 1: I'd like to register our dissatisfaction at the service provided. The technician was not professional, he did not wear a mask or attempt to observe social distancing. His manner was very haphazard and he seemed to change his mind several times when telling us what the problem might be – ultimately he was difficult to follow and offered no clarity on the situation. We had hoped to learn a lot more than we did.
For us, the visit was a waste of time and money.
