Google Bad Review (2): Really poor. I have been a bus customer for over 5 years and have applied for a bus loan. I've been trying to get hold of the ful bdy branch bus team and I have phoned and phoned and phoned. I have spoken to 2 completely unhelpful CS team members and they are clueless. 45 mins and i still cant get through. not looking good.
Another attempt 11 minutes and the line went dead.
