Google Bad Review:  I went for a skin consultation and was appalled by how little the two people I consulted with knew about the treatments they were offering. I wanted to treat my dark circles and their first suggestion was filler. I told them, however, that I didn't want to do filler because my main concern was the pigmentation and the veins under my eyes, not the hollowness. They insisted that my issue was hollowness, even though I've had periorbital hyperpigmentation (both above and under my eyes) since I was a kid, due to repeated unprotected sun exposure in Brazil for over two decades. They then suggested two different types of chemical peels, but when I asked what ingredients were in it, they didn't know. All they could tell me was that both peels had HA, vitamins, minerals, and some ingredientes with “complicated names” that they would have to look up, which couldn't be more vague. They also said that I didn't need to worry because I don't have any allergies to shellfish and bees. But I wasn't asking because I was concerned about allergies, I was asking because I wanted to know what ingredients are targeting my specific concern, specially since people have been pushing hydra facials as the solution for everything lately. And when I asked about laser to remove under eye veins, all they said was that lasers aren't used in this area because it's not safe. Maybe their laser isn't (not that they told me which lasers they have), but they didn't even seem aware that this type of procedure is done using VBeam, for example. They also never introduced themselves, no credentials, clearly didn't read my medical history, nor did they ask me about it, otherwise they would have known I've had a few different cosmetic procedures done before, and maybe they wouldn't have talked to me like I had no idea what was going on… Overall, they inspired zero confidence. I would recommend you don't waste your money on gimmicky treatments that not even the people who perform them know how they work. Go see a doctor.

Google Bad Review (2):  I had my 8th session for underarm and bikini and I was met with a miserable member of staff. Usually everyone is very welcoming and since I've been going and paying for almost a year now I have a high expectation of this service. She barely lasered my underarms and didn't even mark out the laser on my bikini line and completely missed a large area. I asked if she was sure she got it all and she didn't even look at me and said ‘yeah'. I was in the treatment room for 6 minutes total… and that's including the time it took to get undressed and dressed again. I'm really disappointed as the laser didn't get all of the areas and will probably be a waste of money now. I have 2 more sessions to go. I have also recommended this to 2 of my colleagues and I don't want them having the same rude greeting.
