Google Bad Review 1: Gave them REAL silver anklets to shorten and adjust. collected them today and served by this bald white guy with glasses who had a attitude i told him there should be spare parts of the anklets as this was shorten. The response i got from him there is “nothing in there i didn't adjust them” Not once did he apologised and gave me attitude.
I was fuming as they had no idea where the spare parts of my silver is and he did not want to help or resolve the situation not once did he apologised looked at me like i was talking crap
And
to top it off he was telling my mother behind me about my attitude is. he did not give me his name nor did his colleague. He had right attitude with bad bad customer service very rude and aggressive as he flung a piece of plastic towards me. He was completely unprofessional and disrespectful towards my mother and i. hopefully roger the owner will resolve this matter or refund me. I do not appreciate the way I was treated by the guy
Hopefully get an apology from the guy who treated me and my mother in a ill mannered way.

Google Bad Review (2): My earring (purchased from there) broke and needed soldering. Because they advertise as a bespoke maker I assumed they could fix it so took it in. The shop assistant rolled her eyes and couldn’t have been less helpful. Without even looking at it she told me it was impossible to fix and when i pointed out it just needed a drop of soldering said ‘it will only break again and we don’t have tools here’ she then helpfully suggested I wear it as a bangle (with the 5 Russian Bangles I also bought from them). I took my n=bangle to my friends Dad who fixed it in 5 mins. I have bought a lot of things from there in the past. I certainly won’t in the future.
