Google Bad Review 1: Don't trust Mayday Plumbing to help you if the issue you have isn't a quick fix! Contacted them due to issues with the boiler, speaking to Rod on the phone he guessed there was a blockage but said he needed to come round and check. When he visits he believes that the boiler just needs re-pressurising and it's a quick 5 minute job. This doesn't fix the issue, I email him to explain there is still an issue, so he agrees to come back and after checking again says the boiler is blocked! Says he'll be in touch to arrange a time to come round and fix the issue and I never hear from him again. He had always been very quick with his email responses before, but has since completely ignored me when I have chased up his attendance. Seeing as he mentioned multiple times about how fixing the boiler would be a full day's work, I now suspect he didn't want to spend a whole day on just one job and fobbed me off!! Absolutely unacceptable.

Google Bad Review (2): Left message on land line, no reply. Phoned mob, no answer or answer phone facility. Was called back as a ‘missed call ‘…was told as I hadn't been contacted details would be sent to ‘Rod'. Nothing heard. Phoned mob again, no response even as a missed call! A shame as a few years ago we had been very pleased with advice from this firm, which was why we went back to them when we needed a new boiler. So much easier if they'd just said ‘not interested' on 1st reply.

Google Good Review: Very good service, called late in the day and he turned up the next day exactly when he said he would and fixed my problem with a gas leak. Definitely recommend.
