Google Bad Review 1: Massimo is a smooth talker and can easily turn your idea of how you want your hair to completely something else that will literally “cut down” your style and you won’t like it. So judging by my experience he butchered down my hairs from my well worked grown medium length to a short regular haircut for the price of £35 which it is clearly expensive.
So if you decide to go there be prepared to spend some money for what you can get anywhere else for much cheaper and better done and most of all don’t let him change your idea about how you want your haircut cause he will give you just what is easier for him not what you like.

Google Bad Review (2): I made the appointment, but was about 10 minutes late. I had texted to tell him and ask if it was OK. He never responded, but waited till I arrived to tell me that he wouldn't be able to do my hair, even when I said I didn't need some of the extra benefits around it like the hair treatment. He told me that another client was coming in 20 minutes (so about 35 minutes into my one hour appointment at that point) as an excuse, as well as citing Treatwell policy (not true). I understand if I was a bit late he wasn't keen on doing it, but all the lies? That was unnecessary and unappreciated. A rubbish experience in my book.
