Google Bad Review 1: Spoke to someone today who was most unhelpful- the guy I spoke to refused/couldn't be bothered to help me with my queries whatsover and refused to provide any information to my queries such as fixed fee quotes for some reason- his excuse was that it couldn't be done over the phone when surprisingly enough all the other firms that I have spoken to were more than happy to! I will definitely not be using their services in the future.

Today I walked to the office on Finchley High Road, in the look for a solicitor to help sign a legal document witness form and was turned down.
I offered to them that I was “willing to pay whatever the fee was” and they said “none of the solicitors want to do it…”
I asked if I could “speak to a partner of the firm as I was desperate and walked over a mile to get here” and the girl said “that was a partner” and that “If I’m not a client, their not going to help me..” and shut the door in my face.
Very disappointing!!!!…Especially considering they had clients in there and it was clear that someone could have helped me!!!
