Google Bad Review: I had a very negative experience renting with Martin & Co Crystal Palace. Not only were maintenance issues ignored at the property I was renting for 18 months but I found one staff member in particular to be duplicitous and bullying. Martin & Co may pull out all the stops if you are buying a property with them but if you are renting then you may receive the same shoddy treatment. I eventually quit the property in question after a 10% rent hike was implemented when the same thing had happened 12 months previously. I would not recommend Martin & Co for tenants in the private rented sector.
