Google Bad Review 1: Bad service – I booked an appointment via their website to visit the store in Bond Street where I have purchased a watch previously. I wrote a message as part of the appointment requesting to view three watches.
I was disappointed that none of the watches were available when I arrived, it seemed that they had only just read the message.
I asked why they had not informed me as I had travelled specifically for the purpose and they said that they thought that I just wanted to register an interest.
Strange comment as I thought that I had registered an interest via the message I sent. I have used M&W for many jewellery purchases over 25 or so years, but will take my business elsewhere in future.
