Google Bad Review 1: Worst service provided, the owner of this office is only interested in collecting his feeleft his office for people who do not care and have no idea on how to deal with letting, they messed me up for 7 weeks without a tenant, then refused to hand me the keys back. Nearly had to contact the police …. managed to get my flat let through KFH within 7 days .avoide this run down place at any cost

Google Bad Review (2): I had an absolutely awful experience with this estate agent. From the beginning, although they appear helpful when you are looking for a place with to rent, they are not. The agent we had was woefully unprofessional and not skilled for the job. (In one example, the agent emailed multiple times contracts with the incorrect address). When it came to the end of our tenancy, myself and my housemates felt that they were considerably unprofessional, rude, did not listen to our concerns and continually postponed dealing with the issues we were having. It took us 6 months to get our deposit back. When corresponding over email, it was as if this agent was purposefully trying to make our deposit return difficult and they lacked the ability to fairly mediate between tenants and landlord. They lacked knowledge and communication skills, It was a horrible experience, would not recommend.
