Google Bad Review (2): Awful! I purchased my first car from here, they said they the fuel tank was empty for obvious reasons, asked me how much fuel i wanted putting back in it then put that on the end of my bill!
so i collected my new fiat on the day i passed my test and it broke down 5 minutes away from Mangoletsi because they had not put the fuel in they said they would. I rang mangoletsi back up looking for compensation since i was a) £10 out of pocket and b) exceptionally traumatised. I was a very new driver. The manager simply said it was my salespersons job to put the fuel in and they'd already “let him go” for something else so he could do nothing for me. Very unprofessional and very hard to believe. His whole manner was so arrogant and rude i cant actually put it in to words. Ive since found out lots of other car dealerships give you a quarter of a tank as complimentary service, you know considering you just spent all that money with them. All in all i couldnt reccomend this place any less.
