Google Bad Review (2): BEDBUGS WERE DEFINITELY PRESENT DURING MY STAY! It was so crazy that everything in my suitcase was infected, subsequently my own bed and duvet when I unpack!
I couldn't even sleep during my stay and had to get myself another hotel room at 2am (not to mention I have a job interview the next day & there was no one to help at the counter even though I rang the bell numerous times). When I tried to tell the person at the counter the next day after my interview, he refused to believe me and told me there were no bedbugs after checking the room! He refused to refund me and offered me to stay at another room for the next night!
