Google Bad Review 1: POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE,i would not reccomend buying from these lot, if you buy a watch from them and if you decide in the future you want to sell YOUR watch they will act like big brother and ban you from ever going back to them,the snobby behaviour from their manager rob, who has people actively scrolling sites like ebay to see if you put your watch up for sale then they ban you,the audacity and snobbiness of the manager rob, avoid at all costs.

Google Bad Review (2): I have been wanting to buy a Rolex for some time now and I thought Lyons would be a good choice. When I entered the shop today I was getting some good sales treatment until I was told that they will be calling security on me before viewing the Rolex watch.
I was VERY offended because I could see another WHITE MAN that was buying a similar watch sitting down before me and there was NO security called for him at the door when I walked in.
I understand that Lyons have to protect there goods but to be made to feel like a criminal because I am black and want to buy and expensive watch is bad customer service. Even when I was leaving the shop politely and NOT causing a scene the manager signalled to the security guard, thats the one buying the Rolex and the the security guard was giving me the evil eye as I was leaving. This type of customer service from Lyons always reminds me that RACISM is still going strong in 2018!
