Google Bad Review (2): It's extremely disappointing that after we purchase a bag and a scarf and would like to return the scarf itself. We had to wait for 1 hour. The receptionist first said we have to wait for a cashier. It turned out everyone is sales , there is no cashier. Finally a manager comes and insist only my wife can get the refund since she bought it. I had to call her back . It seems to me that the store only welcomes new customer, but try really hard to prevent you return anything if you are not happy with them. In my case the scarf is only a fraction of the bag we bought. But they still not happy with people refund
