Google Bad Review 1: I have taken my dogs to the London Veterinary Clinic for over 10 years. They have been wonderful and compassionate with our dogs up to this point. I miss the pre covid days when owners were allowed inside to interact with the doctors regarding their pets treatment. This is why I am giving one star instead of 5. These are challenging times for us all but enough is enough.
Those who have gone the extra mile and taken the risk of having the vaccine should be allowed in the clinic with mask. I lost my beloved dog last year during covid and live with the memory of not being able to come inside the clinic to see him during his last days of life. I question his treatment and the radical surgery he was given and the unknown cleanliness of the clinic due to covid regulations and being banned from coming inside. The doctor who performed the surgery is mysteriously no longer with the clinic.
Now the clinic has posted threatening signs outside their doors that make me further question what is going with the staff and their internal issues that the public cannot see. When you have to post threatening zero tolerance signs on your door there is a reason. You have done something to upset your clients and the treatment of their pet.
After 10 years I will be taking my pet to a clinic where I am welcome inside.
I would also like to add that Dr Bolland called me after reading this review in what I felt was just an attempt to smooth things over in hopes that I would retract my review.
Looking back my dog was given a radical invasive intestinal surgery even before his blood work was available. In other words he was used as a guinea pig for a new staff member to experiment on. In the end he did have cancer but the surgery is what ended his life. He developed an infection while locked in a cramped cage for over a week and died in unfamiliar surroundings and in excruciating pain. I live with my decision to trust this clinic everyday. The next clinic I choose will be under heavy scrutiny.

Google Bad Review (2): My daughter has brought her dog there told her she had cancer took her leg off ,at the follow up with the so called doctor, that's when he tells her the dog had no cancer it was just a infection.
I like to know where the quack got his license….
What kind of doctor takes off a leg without a biopsy, my daughter is devastated over it .
Beware who you trust your pets with !!!!
