Google Bad Review 1:  Today I have had a very disturbing experience with this location.
Recently I got a Shollie for emotional support which I indicated over 2 previous visits.

In Early March we went for vaccinations indicated to acquire dog tags to go to pet training and dog parks legally. We were given a tag with a QR code only? I previously had a husky for 12 years and never saw tags like this, and explained so; I was told these are new and scanning brings all information up. This turns out to be misinformation I found out today.

While @ Petsmart they required proof of vaccination so I went to scan the new tags as advised. Nothing about my puppy came up.

Petsmart called with voicemail as the only result.
Petsmart asked me to call them again while they attended to the next customer.

I called over 10 min 4 times, about 2 min apart. Voicemails only.
The 5th attempt, now 15 min has passed since the initial call is answered.

I am asked if I can hold, I explain I cannot, I am put on hold.

The Petsmart employees look at me confused as I am from this as well, we wait, she returns on the phone and explains I was being rude.
I then ask her to speak with the Petsmart employee as we are on speaker phone, I am told again you don't have to talk to me rudely.

Instead of continuing to do this, I decided to speak with the owner afterwards.

It is explained to me that I should understand with a phone ringing that they can see who is calling, and it's a choice to not pick up in order for someone to leave a voicemail.

I explain I am in a location requiring proof of vaccination which can't wait for a voicemail and return call.

Again this is all on speaker phone as it's explained to me that I should be more understanding, while I try and explain the previous call.

With employees in person listening to the call on speaker, we end the call after verification info.

They do not pick up, if they do a forced hold is placed, and afterwards it is explained the customer is to blame.

My question is why did that all happen, and is gaslighting a normality for this location. As an owner, when I receive a call with someone wanting to speak about an issue, I take it seriously, regardless of the 10 years the employees I work with have acquired. Time with a company is no excuse for bad behavior, no owner should be supporting this. I am very shocked at this point.

Google Bad Review (2):  I really liked this place until my cat actually got sick.. They started making me feel like I was wasting my time and money so I switched and couldn't be happier!! Sometimes they have such attitude here that it makes you feel like way less than family and they sometimes make things very difficult for you. My experience at the end will be the reason I will never return.
