Google Bad Review 1: Terrible service.
Booked party for 4 people. After coming, they refused to do top Notch (shape, cuticles, moisture, nail buff, polish) – simple reason lack of time. Arrogantly offered Shap Dash (polish change) or administrator told that she simply will cancel reservation. Disaster! Completely not customer friendly service. Avoid, fake glamour and bad treatment of customer.
Completely spoilt evening – thanks to Grace girls, and personally to administrator who offered me to leave and refused to provide service.

Google Bad Review (2): I have never left a review for anything before, but after a recent visit to this salon many of my friends have encouraged me to do so.

I had been very excited for my trip London Grace, after receiving a £30 Gift Voucher from my boss and decided to book in for a manicure & pedicure, spending >£30 of my own money too. I arrived on time for my appointment and was taken straight to the pedicure bench and encouraged to remove my shoes. After being asked if I would like a drink, I was then completely ignored for 25 minutes by the staff. There was no communication that the team were running behind on appointments, and without any shoes on I was really quite cold too! I tried not to let this ruin what was meant to be a nice pamper afternoon, but after the pedi/mani (very average) my experience at the till was what put the nail in the coffin for me.

After presenting my Gift Voucher, I was told the code had already been used. I very politely said that it must be a mistake, as I had never been to any London Grace salon before. I explained that the voucher was a present from my boss, to which the lady (I think she was the manager, as had been working on a laptop all morning) replied that my “boss must have used the voucher then”. I then explained that my boss lived outside of London and had also never been to a LG salon, to which the manager seemed disgruntled, annoyed, responding “Well, this voucher has already been used so…”.

I was totally shocked by the manager's attitude (accusatory, miserable) that I didn't know what to say. After an awkward silence she replied “well on this occasion, I will give you the benefit of the doubt – but I will be contacting your boss on the email address in the system as this voucher has been used”. I was really upset by this response and was made to feel absolutely awful by this rude woman.

I burst into tears as soon as I left (and almost laughably, my shellac manicure had chipped on one nail by the time I got home).

Avoid at all costs, they are MEAN!
