Google Bad Review 1: Haircut was fine… until I washed my hair revealing the uneven, messy cut. But furthermore I keep receiving marketing messages and emails despite me never agreeing to that. I raised the matter of GDPR but have been ignored and continue being bombarded by them. Obvs I will never go back for their services.

Google Bad Review (2): I went to the salon with a clear photo of what I wanted and I was told it was achievable across two appointments – but after two separate visits and the second one well over 4 hours long my hair came out looking awfully dowdy, patchy with different colours in separate sections so I look like a brown and orange zebra when its up, and no way near like the look and colour I wanted. The manager can’t fix it for nearly a week but the real kicker is that they charged me for the work done – They should have charged me if and when they fixed it. It’s cost about £250 for the worst colour I’ve ever had. I’ll amend the review if it’s fixed properly but I’m actually a little afraid to step back in the store. I wanted a new look after just moving to London so it’s not a great start.
