Google Bad Review: AVOID!! Worst experience ever at a salon! I booked and prepaid for highlights however when I arrived for my appointment the lady in reception she said that my booking was wrong and that they couldn’t do it. Questioning her further, she explained that the price was wrong and I needed to pay. Even though I had my email confirming the price, service and details she said I would need to pay £50 more as this is the price. I was rather stunned at this stage so asked for the manager.
When Manager eventually came up, she was so rude and told me that the price is wrong and they weren’t refusing to do my hair, but I would need to pay another £50. I tried to question this, saying that they had promoted a service for a price and they needed to honour it. She wouldn’t hear about it and the conversation was terse to say the least. She didn’t apologise, she didn’t seem to care that she had one very pi$$ed off customer! It is such bad customer service and business to advertise one thing, but then refuse to meet it, especially to a new customer who has prepaid! I refused to pay the extra and left the salon. I asked her for a refund then and there as she has my money but she refused. Im now in the process of trying to get a refund, fingers crossed!
