Google Bad Review:  Do NOT book through any coupon websites. The owner will surcharge you massively to make up for the rate they charge her. From the moment you enter the salon, there is a very uncomfortable vibe. You are told to pay more than you already paid and communication with the owner Farah is very difficult as she is really hard to reason with.

I went there last week and I am still quite angry with what happened. I experienced a mild panic attack while getting my hair treatment. That was mainly because her employee literally quit while washing my hair due to mistreatment. The employee called the police because the owner refused to pay her, and I was not met with any clarification or apology for what was happening.

Not only did the owner literally lock the door while I was getting my hair treatment, but she also gave me a clear paper and asked me to sign it, which I of course refused. She then asked me to sign that I received a patch test even though I didn't.

I went to get a keratin treatment, and my hair looks exactly the same. She literally just straightened it and took a picture (without my consent). After I washed it, it looked exactly the same.

I am not onlu disappointed after paying more than 60 pounds for this, but also genuinely worried that anyone might experience what I experienced again. I believe Farah is just really unable to manage her business.
