We signed up with LocalIQ in March 2019 for a PPC campaign. We were sold on the fact the campaign would generate us leads to follow up on. From the start we also made it clear we wanted a landing page to be built for the traffic to land on. We waited over 8 weeks for the landing page to be built while the campaign was running and not generating any leads.
They will also sell you on the fact you get a marketing expert to handle your campaign for you. The communication from this team is horrendous and their knowledge is limited. They are slow to reply to emails and take forever to complete work.
10 weeks into the campaign and after spending close to 10k we had generated 1 lead. After being told we would have more than 44 at this stage.
Another thing to add is during the initial meetings they lied about the management fee structure. Stating it would be 30% and then finding out it's actually 40% 10 weeks in.
I would strongly advise to any company thinking of going ahead with LocalIQ not to!
