Google Bad Review 1:  A firm known for a case which personal information was shared and deemed to have no proper use according to GDPR and data protection acts.

Blatant disregard for individual rights, typical behaviour of an organisation who's barristers who have abused their power to spite and torment individuals.

Elizabeth Garcia had miscalculated and got her self dismissed due to breaking GDPR/DATA PROTECTION ACT by submitting sensitive personal data not in line with these acts on her profile, more so Garden Court Chambers were told by police to also take down the information however this was ignored.

Head of GCC (Marc Willers) had shown he was simply brushing this complaint under the carpet by assuming the post was taken down however this was not the case and had shown a lack of care in properly supervising situations like these.

This complaint had been taken further as repeated requests to Garden Court Chambers to take down Elizabeth Garcias post had been ignored and claimed it was well within her right to keep it online.

Sheer arrogance was the issue with Elizabeth and GCC, the assumption was that the individual had no knowledge of their rights to their information.

In conclusion ICO were contacted and an investigation had concluded Elizabeth Garcia and the GCC were deemed to have wrongly published personal information and were forced to take the post down.

Think twice before you hire a barrister from GCC as your representation.

Anyone who is thinking of using this firm don’t , to much corruption . Now it will give me great pleasure to write to the law association and give them the evidence to support my claim..

Head of GCC (Marc Willers) had shown he was simply brushing this complaint under the carpet by assuming the post was taken down however this was not the case and had shown a lack of care in properly supervising situations like these.

This complaint had been taken further as repeated requests to Garden Court Chambers to take down Elizabeth Garcias post had been ignored and claimed it was well within her right to keep it online.

Sheer arrogance was the issue with Elizabeth and GCC, the assumption was that the individual had no knowledge of their rights to their information.

In conclusion ICO were contacted and an investigation had concluded Elizabeth Garcia and the GCC were deemed to have wrongly published personal information and were forced to take the post down.
