Google Bad Review 1: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND EFFORT WITH THEM.

I had been out of work for months after a terrible series of events and was desperate for work as bills were unrelenting.

I had a call from Claire who sounded lovely and we arranged to meet the same day. I had hardly any money to eat but decided to invest in travelling to their office as she sounded confident in helping me to find work.

I met with Penny Punter and Claire Cordell. Both ladies put me at ease, promised they would help me to find work soon and told me not to give up hope. They explained my details would be visible on a board in their office and that they would contact me as soon as a suitable position popped up.

Over a month later I'd not had any contact with LMA at all, so I sent an email to find out if I was still on their database.

Needless to say, I had no reply from either Claire nor Penny.

A bunch of false promises, no feedback at all, sales tactics I guess.

Job hunting can be really hard, its horrible to invest time, money (which you may not have to begin with) and trust in people who won't even give constructive criticism. Just left me high and dry.
The main thing which made me angry was that I was so broke I had borrowed money to travel to their office and meet with them. Infuriating they are doing this to people who are reaching out for help.

Google Bad Review (2): Been promised interviews and i was told to wait while they organise the interview, well it has been 3 months since i have been told anything about the so mentioned interview. God honest trust this is what happen, now anyone can think for themselves but based on my experience think well before just putting your future in their hands.
