Google Bad Review 1: The overall experience was a good one. Stephen and Elle should get 5 stars but because I'm still waiting for a second pair of keys and fob after 1 month of moving in or an answer to my email & text it has to be 3 stars.
UPDATE:
Changed from 3 to 1 star
When we moved out of the flat, even though we had the place professionally cleaned (with receipt and pictures + video) they made us pay for it. The inventory was carried by a very biased agency as you can imagine. Please, for your own sake avoid using their deposit protection scheme (My Deposit) at all costs because they always side with the Landlord.
We had their decision reverted because we had the evidence, but it took us almost a month and a lot of emails with “deposit protection” company to the point where we said we will be going to small claims court.
