Google Bad Review 1: Horrible staff. Got a nasty and rude email by an unhelpful member of staff. Because of the lockdown I have been unable to use my voucher. I asked if it can be extended. Not only did I get an abrupt and rude response saying no they can't extend it and won't even bother to help, but they won't accept expired vouchers! Don't buy from these people. Most places are able to adapt to the lockdown and offer good customer service, but these people are shocking!
Also spoke to the manager, no help at all. Told me that Groupon where the ones to extend my voucher, however when I showed her a screenshot from Groupon stating the spa/hotel were the ones who are supposed to extend the voucher, she has changed her story and now saying that the person who is supposed to extend the voucher is on furlough and that things would be sorted by the end of the day. I have checked my voucher it is now expired. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. THEY ARE AWFUL!
