Google Bad Review (2): The therapist available used a towel between my back and his hands and also put it over my head. I guess he did not want to touch my clothes. I have never had that happen before. Because of this he kept pulling on my hair and the massage felt odd, it was uncomfortable and ruined the massage. I tried to not take it personally, but it was very strange. The other therapist appeared to not use a towel. I am visiting and had visited the location in Fitzrovia last week and it was great, so will go back there or try a different location.
