Google Bad Review: They have sent to me a student (via pc-hospital) who was working extremely slowly – it took him more than an hours to back up my data, actually he wanted to proceed without backing up. After the guy left, charging me for two hours the total of £160, my pc broke again within some 30 minutes. Upon contacting the agency, they explained to me that they charge for hours of work and not for the result of their work. Hence, they refused to undertake any further repairs, unless I pay repeatedly ca. the same amount of money. Thereby, the guy on the phone was still speculating about the possible cause of the breakdown, giving now a different explanation from the one provided when I called for the first time.
