Google Bad Review 1: LATE, NO KEYS TO THE PROPERTY WE BOOKED TO SEE AND INSISTED WE GOT IN HIS CAR (HE WITHOUT FACE COVERINGS) TO SEE A PROPERTY IN AN AREA WE HADN'T ASKED TO SEE. APPALLING.

I would Like to give 0 stars but this isn't possible. What a horrendous show of unprofessionalism.

We had booked to see a flat in Chelsea with Elliot on a Saturday morning at 10am. He arrived 14 minutes late to the property which in normal circumstances would have been enough to put me off but as we had travelled specially to London (a fact that he was aware of) to see the property we waited for him. Upon arrival he requested we get in his private car, confused we obliged, but upon reflection the fact that he wasn't wearing any face coverings probably should have stopped us getting in.

He then told us he was driving us to Earl's Court to view a flat there. I proceeded to tell him that we didn't book to see a property in Earl's Court and in fact I had absolutely no wish to view it. At which point he diverted his course and called a colleague on Loudspeaker to try and locate the keys to the original property we had booked to view in Chelsea. I requested that he pull over his car so that we could get out as I had no wish to go on a wild goose chase to find the keys to view the property I had booked to view 30 minutes previously.

I have absolutely no idea how someone like this can have or hold down a job.

I wish I had option from Google to give zero feedback to this agents.

The agent is absolutely irresponsible , and such a rude and unreliable person (Elliott Dumay)
who made everything difficult for the tenants and us as builders working in the flat which was supposed to be ready in scheduled time while he was so impatient that he rudly cursed us and used very bad language to us. He was also dishonest with the landlord.

This person knows nothing but lying and making false and rude messages.

Therefore, my sincere suggestion to you is to stay away from this agency and this person in particular.
