Google Bad Review 1: Got in touch with them to view a place. Hayden was in charge of the viewing, and unlike other professional agents wasn't waiting for me in front of the property but in his car a few meters away, making it more difficult for me to find the place (the numbering for this specific property wasn't obvious), and I had to text him to ask him where he was to get him to join me in front of the entrance.

Once in the property, he just opened all the doors and went to sit on the couch, not saying a single word, and looking at his phone. He didn't even move when I was taking photos of the place. After seeing such a bad job at selling me the property, I'm not surprised to see it's still not rented out after over a month despite the location being very attractive and the property itself being quite nice.

Google Bad Review (2): Very disappointing post-transaction experience. Hayden was quite good initially while marketing the place. However, once the transaction was completed, he stopped answering my messages and calls. The reason for the calls was that Hayden (or another person from the agency) switched off water supply to the flat. The water supply system for the house is not straightforward and it took me more that a week to figure it out with help of neighbors and previous owner (who rented the place out and hasn’t been there for the last 10 years). A simple message from Hayden would help to solve it within a day. But he chose to disappear. Fortunately, I did not have any other problems with the place. Otherwise, no help from the agency would be expected since the transaction was completed and they got their commission.
