Google Bad Review: “Just totally chocked and appalled by the extremely bad service received today .02/2020 . I was really looking forward meeting Josi , has I have been following her on Instagram , after looking at the good reviews , I decided to booked an appointment today at 14h00 . I arrived 40 minute earlier at the tube station Chiswick Park . on Arrival I call the clinic to fine out where to go . At the tube station I was told there was x2 Acton Lane one turning on the Left and one across the bridge , When I first called a women answering the phone who wasn't very helpful with the direction . I understood it was opposite Sainsbury , but the sign outside wasn't very clear , also no one was at the reception to welcome you .
Its Just and empty desk with messy leaflets all over the desk , I call again to informed that I was earlier to let Josi know . I was told to go downstairs , witch I did , again zero sign was downstairs to say La Pelle Skin Clinic , so I cam back upstairs waiting for my 14h00 Appointment , then at 13h50 I recognised Jose coming up with someone .
She Never say hello to me , Josi past me totally ignoring me . I was very disappointed see the lack of any welcoming or greeting the costumers upon my arrival .
At 14h05 I saw several persons coming up , I saw a very polite Chinese gentleman , explaining the uninviting reception received today and that I was still waiting for Jose , but really felt to just walk out .
The Gentleman when and get Josie . When I explained my feedback on the zero welcoming at the reception , Josie become abusive verbally , when I explained that I was going to post on Instagram my feedback . Josie asked be to get out of the clinic , then she started to manipulates and twisted ma conversations , when I was giving her a positive criticisms on what good costumer service should be , how the manners to answer the telephone was very important , and the fact that it was zero reception to welcome the costumers , She falsely accused me of been rude , when I absolutely wasn't ( I think Jose should read the definitions in the oxford dictionary first ) , Because she certainly was very rude and abusive towards me .
I certainly with never recommend Jose Clinic and Jose to any one , If you have good to high standard of services, that is the basic to me of costumer service should be . How to welcome your costumers , that start first how to answer the telephone . Josi , didn't like the fact that I was going to write my feedback , Josi then , open the door telling me to ( get out otherwise she was going to call the Police ), ( I have told Josi , Please Do !. ) I then left in total chocked and distress .I rather go some wear else's that can provide Good costumer services & good treatment too. To me the two goes together .”
