Google Bad Review 1: They was happy to take our £60 deposit, happy to do my 19 year old son tattoo after a conversation booking his appointment, they need to explain the rules before taking the deposit, don't assume your customers would see the sign on the wall, which doesn't stand out, and a sign at the bottom of the door about ID, not professional. need to explain more clearly. Will not be going back again. As they refuse to give our deposit back, all down to bad communication by them.
Oh really I don't agree with your reply, my husband and son both said they wasn't told about your over 25 policy on the day of the booking and if they was we would be able to tell you that he doesn't have any ID, so that would of stopped wasting all of our time and money.
They just assumed you could see my son was over the age limit especially as you was talking about his tattoo he wanted done. And the signs I mentioned in my previous review was only pointed out by your staff on the day of his tattoo, not the day of booking his tattoo., that's how they knew they was there. Obviously they would of question it if they saw them when booking because now we are down £60 and my son was very disappointed he couldn't have his tattoo done. We have taken our busy somewhere else so thats the end of the matter. I just want to share my sons experiences nothing to do with your business.As I had my tattoo there a few year back, and all was OK then.

Google Bad Review (2): Went to store, tried to open the door which didnt open then got spoken to stood at the door like a leper. Was enquiring about 3 different tattoos asked for a rough price got told “how long is a piece of string” really unhelpful will not be getting any work done here
