Google Bad Review 1: I have never made a bad review. I’m really not that hard to please. I was recommended the three visit deal from a friend and I was really excited. I haven’t even bothered booking the last one as I disliked the experience so much. The lady was so rough with my hair I thought she may pull some out. Incredibly unfriendly from the greeting to the end. I was never asked how I would like my hair dried it was just tugged about into a blow dry that I could do better at home. I wasn’t offered coffee or any water tue first appointment. One of the trips was for colour I wanted a balayage she informed me it would cost more so I said the highlights would be fine to then find out at the end that costs more as well. I wouldn’t have got it had I known. I’m not sure what kind of hair dye was allowed. The lady seemed as though she would rather be anywhere else and I was a complete burden. Maybe I just got the wrong stylist because the other reviews are making it seem like I went to a completely different salon. Eh I quite literally have nothing nice to say for the first time.

Google Bad Review (2): Ordinary hairdressers. Small. Nothing special. Friendly enuff staff. Hairdresser runnin late, & i was given a mag to read, but not even offered any water, coffee or asked if I needed anything. Before u see anyone, they want u to fill out far too much personal info on their i-pad FIRST. I asked why, they said its routine & basically said I have to, & some other irrelevant reasons (is that even legal ??!!). A bit much seein as I was jus havin a short consultation .. totally unnecessary & intrusive.. i refused, which seemed to cause a small problem. Why do they need to kno where I live etc etc.. !!!!! Do they sell ur data, visit u, send u a birthday card ??? WHY ?? The unexpected questioning left an uncomfortable bad taste. THEN , before u leave, they say ur hair needs ‘stuff', & try sell u expensive products at the door. I declined … but .. Awkward !! No parking any where. Bus & walk. What happened to normal relaxing salons who just need to kno what hairstyle u want ???? What a miserable experience. NEVER WENT BACK … WILL NEVER AGAIN !!!!
