Google Bad Review 1: Booked my appoint with Hairform Studio in advance so that I could have my haircut before going out of town to attend a wedding.
The appointment was confirmed but no confirmation e-mail was sent leading up to the appointment so I called the day before to confirm. The lady told me “Oh yeah we meant to call you, we are cancelling because someone is sick.” Pretty ridiculous to know in advance that they were cancelling my appointment yet they couldn't be bothered to call and tell me themselves.
Instead of re-shifting the timing around they asked me to re-schedule which was fine. I had to change my schedule around and booked in for the Monday. I received a call on Monday telling me that my appointment was again cancelled. Absolutely terrible service. No consolation was offered, no re scheduling, nothing. Would absolutely not recommend as this salon seems to have zero concern for its customers.
They justified the situation by saying that it isn't busy enough to have multiple stylists in on one day so if someone calls in sick they just cancel all of the appointments. Interestingly however there appears to be revised for this salon from the other day, making it fairly clear that they could have attempted to accommodate me in some capacity as they are not completely closed for service. Incredibly unreliable and unprofessional – would absolutely not recommend when one considers the variety of salons available in London

Google Bad Review (2): I am extremely unhappy with my haircut. I hate complaining or writing bad reviews but I walked in with thick and healthy looking hair and left with a mess.
I asked for a trim and the lady cutting my hair cut a lot of length and thinned my hair – something I have not asked for. She blow dried my hair poker straight and I just left feeing unhappy but haven't said anything as I thought it will get better when I wash it.
My hair looks horrible now – thin at the ends and it's v difficult to style.
Avoid at all costs if you have long hair and want a classic cut!!!
