Google Bad Review 1: Avoid. I booked in advance for a mild texturiser and they damaged my hair very badly. Very poor quality products. The so called texturiser was obviously a strong relaxer, the conditioning treatment was cheap and completely ineffective, they then applied an alcohol based serum prior to blow drying which further damaged my hair. Slow service though very polite and friendly. I strongly advise against any chemical treatment here.

Google Bad Review (2): So I went to this salon in 2019 to colour and cut my natural hair here for the first and last time. The stylist was rough and ended up putting my hair through a chemical treatment twice and then putting another colour on top over 2 days because she had messed up my colour during the first and second attempt. The experience was bad and my natural hair cut was not good but I just chalked it up to be a general bad salon experience, I've had these before. A few days later I was on holiday and i started to experience pain, bleeding and burning in the crown of my head. This lead to bleeding and inflammation for around 2 years. It is now 3 years later and after various trips to my GP, my local hospital and a private dermatologist I have been left with two scars on my head, one of which is large however the inflammation has finally calmed down – the combination of the chemical treatment and the roughness triggered scarring alopecia. I would not go here at all, but specifically if you are natural STAY AWAY – it is not worth it.
