Google Bad Review 1: I first purchased a cut and color on Groupon; I thoroughly regret my choice to do so.
The stylist, Chaba, has absolutely no respect for clients’ time. He was over 30 minutes late to my first appointment, left me with hair that was shorter than I had wanted and literally grey – nothing like pictures brought in (he later justified this by saying “it was never achievable to begin with”).
I went home and cried because my hair was so grey. I then reached out via email 3 TIMES to request that my hair be corrected and only received a response on the third email.
Once the grey color faded after about 2 weeks, my hair was nearly identical in color and texture to what it had been before – and that's after Chaba had also insisted that I pay an additional 150 pounds for Oliplex treatment during the first appointment because “my hair was so damaged.” The Oliplex made no noticeable difference
When Chaba finally did allow me to show up for a corrective treatment, about 2-3 weeks after my first appointment, he again showed up over 30 minutes past the initially planned time and also seemed to have completely ignored my emailed request to work with a different stylist.
*** This was the worst hair color and cut I have ever experienced. Aside from disagreements with Chaba regarding color and what was “possible” for my hair, showing up half an hour late to every appointment and ignoring client emails is completely unjustifiable.***
If you’re looking for a stylist, find one who has more respect for you and for your time.

Google Bad Review (2): Called the salon and discussed the groupon deal. Booked with a lady and then was told on arrival having drove over an hour to get there that my booking wasn’t for what I had booked and they didn’t have the time. The manager (tall gentleman) was extremely rude telling me he was the one I spoke with when I booked and it was my fault however I knew it was a lady I had spoke with. He was being very rude infront of customers and members of staff to the point he told me it was not the salon for me as not only did they not have time but they couldn’t do what I wanted. I have never in my life felt so be little and embarrassed by someone that I didn’t even respond I just got my things and left.
Rude, Ill mannered man and I will be reporting to groupon.
