Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely no costumer service skills in this place ! They don’t check if you got a booking . You show them one of their designs they have no idea what colours have been used ! A lady will be there once you come in and she’s rude (talking in her language) when you trying to confirm your booking ! They ask you to seat and wait 15 minutes then you will be moved to another seat ! They had no idea what colours were used in their design and the rude girl was asking for £55 , then a guy who’s not talking to you at all just grabbing your fingers and hands aggressively ! The ombré colours don’t match what you get then they will demand you to pay cash or got their bank details to transfer! The shop is lovely staff horrible nails 5/10 ! Next door much better service had to cancel my toes appointment on spot !

Google Bad Review (2): Was quoted £38 for SNS on finger nails and Gel on toe nails. Once I attended the appointment they charged me £51 !! I had no acrylics and nails were bare with no nail varnish to remove. I disputed this and was told that she did not know that I was having Gel on my toes, which is rubbish as we definitely said Gel on toe nails.
Was not impressed with the Gel on toes. Have previously paid £10 for this in another salon and it looked better.
Highly overpriced and overrated. Very disappointed ☹️
