Google Bad Review 1: Hostile and ‘clicky’ atmosphere, I would have put up with this if I was happy with my nails but on my second visit the gel peeled off my nails after 2 days and I had to re paint them myself. They only want to do what they can be be bothered to do. I will not be returning and would not recommend to anyone.

Google Bad Review (2): Dreadful. As a qualified nail technician myself, I went here as an emergency stop as I didn't have enough time to do my nails for a particular event. I bought my own filing equipment as I'm very particular about hygiene, as all nail technicians should be. The people working there seemed to be quite amused that I had done this and didn't quite understand what I was asking. I asked that they did not file my nail plate, just a light buff would do. I also asked that the nail shape should be almond. However, I got the most peculiar shapes on all of my nails and none of them matched! To top it all, the woman that was working on my nails, whilst furiously filing away at one of the side walls, cut me with the nail file! She then speedily grabbed my finger & put a drop of something (didn't ask and didn't tell me what it was) on the cut. It stung like hell and when I asked her what it was, she couldn't answer as she didn't speak very much English. On the whole, was very disappointed indeed with this service and vow never to go back again.
