Google Bad Review 1: Extremely good sale force.
I thought my vary focal lenses have had it or maybe not very good , so I decided to go to John Rose.
£705,00 plus £ 42.00 worth of extras that I thought were throne in. Any way, I paid my bill.
The extras” eye bag , Drops ,DemEX ,DO NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE NOR MY NEW LENSES.
£747 47 worth off. I shall not go back.

Google Bad Review (2): I started getting severe headaches and could hardly work. So I thought I would pay for the full range of test be done to get the best treatment at £140. First visit felt rushed with about 2 hours’ worth of tests and was told to come back in a weeks’ time as he could decide what to do with me. My second visit consisted of the same tests. John humming and hawing about what to do and by the end recommended me to be referred to a specialist. He promised to write a letter to my GP and copy me in. Despite me repeatedly calling in, explaining my head was in agony at work because of my eyes it took about 3 weeks for me to receive a letter. By the third week I went into Specsavers for a £5 eye test and within 10 minutes the optician can to the same unassisted conclusion and wrote me a referral letter there and then. Should of went to Specsavers in the first place.
