Google Bad Review 1: Absolutely terrible in every regard. Overpriced, poor service and long waiting times. When I picked up my dog found that he was cut completely unevenly and his nose was randomly buzzcut which was not what I asked for. His nails were hardly cut and not filed which somehow made them even sharper than before. This, mixed with a 3 hour waiting time and £60 price tag made me furious, especially when I was not told the price on the phone. Save yourself £60 and avoid this place at all costs, for the quality you will receive you might as well use home scissors.

Google Bad Review (2): Inattentive, disinterested, run-of-a -mill hasty and chop chop work. She is busy and does not listen to what you want. Twice she did not follow my suggestions and when I asked, she told me that I you have should have brought a picture! It is a one-person shop and she seems to be overwhelmed.
