Google Bad Review 1: After reading other reviews I was looking forward to trying out the Jazzy G salon for the first time today. Unfortunately my appointment this afternoon was a complete disaster.
I asked for a steam treatment and style, and when I asked Theresa which treatment product she uses, she said “argon oil”. I didn't find out until the end of the appointment (when she charged me almost double the price listed on the treatwell website) that she claimed this was a more expensive treatment type than the one I had asked for and thought I was being given.
Unlike the other reviewers who claimed that Theresa listened to what they wanted, I found that she didn't listen to a word I was saying. In fact I've never had a hairdresser argue with me at such length over the tried-and-tested approach on my hair that I asked her for, and flat out refused to apply products to my hair when I asked her to.
She absolutely refused to do anything that differed even slightly from her regular methods, which are clearly out of date. As a result, all the products got applied to my hair just in the last 5 minutes of the appointment and were not blended in properly.
She also took forever over blow drying and styling my hair, extending what should have been a 1.5 hour appointment into an appointment twice as long.
I have never been so disappointed with a hair appointment in my life, and left the salon more than 3 hours after I went in, feeling thoroughly ripped off on the price and my hair shiny, practically glowing, with products which were all applied right at the end.
This experience has left me literally counting down the days till my regular hairdresser returns from holiday – thankfully only a week to go.

Google Bad Review (2): Waste of time going, had to walk out, tried to charge double the price when I got to the salon for corn row ponytail on a 3 yr old £50, ridiculous pricing, beware of these tricksters one price on the phone to lure u in and double that when you are there, my advice to anyone looking for a hairdressers AVOID this one
