Google Bad Review 1: I got a blow dry from this place with a guarantee that it would last a week.
The blow dry didn’t even last more than 2 hours and she charged me £30 instead of £20 because of “the length of my hair when she should have only charged £5 extra.
Anyways she gave me her Instagram when I was there and told me to message her if I had any issues so I did, very kindly messaged her only asking for a touch up and not a refund and she said no…
She blamed it on me and said it was my hairs fault even tho she said AFTER she completed my blow dry that it would last minimum a week.
I then asked for a refund and she refused again saying I should have contacted her straight away and even when I was in the salon I told her I have a very busy job and lifestyle so I told her I wasn’t able to contact her because I was working.
I will now take this to the police because she is violating the customer protection regulations so I will get a refund with the police involved!
HIGHLY NOT RECOMMED THIS PLACE!!
There is a Arab hair dressers down the road that do a much better service for only £15 and it’s much better.

Google Bad Review (2): they overcharge you for terrible results. I don't mind the terrible results, in a sense, just as long as the price is in line with the result. well guess what, it isn't. they do a bad job and charge more than hey deserve. if you have a head over your shoulders, don't even get NEAR that horrible salon.
