Google Bad Review (2): Terrible service, firstly i was suppose to see Zohra who was initially dealing with my case, i paid £1200, later when i emailed no one answered so Ali emailed me back. Assigned Kola to deal with this case, he didnt check my documents properly hence it failed, when i went back Ali told me HO making silly mistake and arguing for nothing. Had the staff pull their fingers out i wouldnt be out of pocket £1200, later he quoted the same £1200 for a fresh application. This place is a rip off, i found another person near West Croydon station Babar Khan he charged me £600, went one by one through all my documents and stamped all my passport visa printed out copies and singed. Babar Khan is well organized and paid careful attention to wage slips, work contract and all. I wasnt aware of being registered with electron vote Register. None of Imperial staff are well trained, its just a money making company they want the application to fail so you are desperate to make another one, after-all this is income for them,end of the day!
becasue the fault was they getting so many cases to deal with, not enough attention going into the case, its failing and tbh they should of done the new application free and that uneducated person rushed everything and submitted as long as he gets his wages his happy!! I will not forgive this company…
so please people research first before going to this company. Cardinal Solicitors type in goggle to contact him. After he done my application no faults, fast track and Alkumdurillah my Husband got granted to come to UK from Pakistan 🙂 withing 2 weeks.
i am so happy, may god reward him and people like him that helps others.
