Google Bad Review 1: Horrific service. When using conveyancing services were promised a full refund if there was no sale of our property. Didn't happen then when trying to get a refund was told they don't offer refunds and was hung up on. Then called again and was told could only refund £150 out of £529 as the rest of money was used through another business and couldn't be returned. Don't say 100% refund no sale no fee if you then lie to customers faces. avoid at all costs

Google Bad Review (2): No one appears to know anything, this includes the company itself, and their legal partners. They just pass the buck back and forth, Im in the same position as I was 10 weeks ago after auction. A contract was sent to Quittance over 6 weeks ago, and they couldn't be bothered to a) let me know so I could do something about it or b) advise/ forward the contract to the solicitor THEY assigned me to. Instead I'm advised I've been awaiting a contract that Quittance “destroyed”!! The excuse of them not actually being solicitors is a go to response. It doesn't cut it when Quittance is the company I have paid. To those with a legal background, it should be obvious to forward a contract to the relevant solicitor – which they organised. Nobody has done a thing. Nobody has answers to my questions, the relevant people are on the phone/ popped out/ busy… they're certainly not busy fulfilling what they've been paid for.
Cowboys. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. GO LOCAL.
REPLY TO RESPONSE: Your efforts are 6 weeks too late. Unless you are returning my deposit, you need not bother. You will not change my opinion of this disgraceful outfit.
Quittance called me: Long story short: everyone else is lying and what I've seen with my own eyes isn't true. You've just made yourselves look even worse.
