Google Bad Review (2): I would rate this branch with 0 stars if possible. I have never written a review before but the shocking level of service I have received from this branch has compelled me to do so. I have constant issues with rent not being forwarded on to me on time and instead sitting on their account, I am still experiencing issues trying to retrieve a deposit which is held in the deposit protection scheme. Worst of all, despite my complaints, the branch is solely dependent on issues being resolved by one particular senior member of the team who constantly promises to call me back only to then ignore my calls.
Avoid using Ideal Locations at all costs!
