If you are a landlord then please avoid advertising with them. They will throw their clients off the grid and new tenants equally. Stephen Torres is one of the worst person I have negotiated with and equally unprofessional. They have not only wasted my time but also resources.

Google Bad Review (2): Had a quite poor experience from a prospective tenant perspective last year. Estate agent was friendly but late to the viewing and said he would send over photos of the property after the viewing but did not deliver on this. Later – once we had sent our references over – we had no confirmation that our info had been received and had to follow up to get updates on the progress of our enquiry. After the landlady failed to respond to Homesforth a week after we had sent our info, Stephen said he would send over a list of other available properties but we never heard back.
