Google Bad Review: Sorry but this is borderline false advertising here. We travel internationally every year and every so often we come across places like this that advertise clean, spacious accommodation in quaint surroundings but the truth is rather quite different.
While the owner did very graciously help us out with our parking problem it doesn't make up for a poor experience here—so poor that we left a day early in search of alternate accommodation. The room was TINY, with two beds taking up most of the available space (nowhere to put suitcases), the bathroom was old and in need of upkeep, and the place in general seemed over-used and under-maintained. We never met the owner or her staff but rather were directed by a seemingly endless parade of Dos and Donts notices stuck to just about everything in sight.
Worst of all, there were two families, both with young kids, crammed into two of the other rooms, plus another older couple. It was so noisy and cramped (and hot). We were all stuffed into this dilapidated apartment floor like sardines. Poor judgement on the part of the owner to book like this.
Not an experience we plan to repeat.
